Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Management or other related major
- MBA will be preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in collection at financial institution (Banking/Multifinance/Financial Technology).
- Minimum 5 years management level experience and leading a team
- Minimum 2 years experience leading P&L
- Excellent communication skill
- Advanced in English (Verbal & Written)
- Computer literate
