Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of financing products tailored to market demands and aligned with our business objectives. This role involves:
Conducting in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
Developing innovative product concepts or refining existing offerings
Leading product planning, design, and cross-functional collaboration
Managing end-to-end product development projects from ideation to launch
Performing data analysis to guide product decisions and performance tracking
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Business, Finance, or Banking
At least 5 years of proven experience in product business development
Established network with suppliers and dealers in the heavy equipment and trucking industry
Strong capability in analyzing lessee (debtor) business operations and financial statements
Solid understanding of leasing products and their market dynamics
Sharp analytical mindset with a strategic approach to business and marketing evaluation
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
Skilled in conducting research to support key marketing initiatives and programs
Well-versed in current trends and conditions within the leasing industry
Proficient in preparing and delivering impactful marketing presentations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for professional business communication
