Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and BPOM regulations.
Experience in Halal and BPOM certification processes.
Strong knowledge of SOPs in a production environment.
Responsibilites:
Ensure quality control of raw materials, finished products, and production processes according to established standards.
Manage certification processes including Halal, BPOM, and preparation for FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000.
Support internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits) and coordinate internal training on food safety and Halal compliance.
Monitor production line conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
