Job Description:
- Implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in export markets for the company’s flavoring compounds and cigarette filter rods.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in target export markets, using these insights to guide sales strategy and marketing efforts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on potential tobacco product manufacturers in target countries, to drive business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. (Educational background in Food Science or Chemical Engineering is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or export marketing (B2B), preferably in the tobacco, flavor additives, or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base in international (export) markets.
