Job Description:
Implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in export markets for the company’s flavoring compounds and cigarette filter rods.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in target export markets, using these insights to guide sales strategy and marketing efforts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on potential tobacco product manufacturers in target countries, to drive business expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. (Educational background in Food Science or Chemical Engineering is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or export marketing (B2B), preferably in the tobacco, flavor additives, or related industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base in international (export) markets.
